The work of healing
is not shallow.
Depth-oriented therapy for adults and families ready to move beyond coping — into the quiet, honest work of becoming whole.
8am – 8pm
We don't rush
what is sacred.
Modern therapy is often built for symptom reduction. Ours is built for the deeper questions — what you carry, what you've survived, what wants to move through you next.
We work slowly. Somatically. In tender relationship. This is not a twelve-step. It is not a fix. It is a return to the parts of yourself you had to leave behind to survive.
Care, held five ways.
Tele-therapy
Meet from wherever you are, held with the same depth of care.

Individual therapy
One-to-one work that turns towards, not away from, what is real.

Family therapy
For the systems we're born into and the ones we build.

Group therapy
The quiet medicine of being witnessed by others walking the same road.

Grief & trauma
Slow, somatic, and unhurried. What happened matters. So do you.

Indya Terry, LCPC, LPC-S
Indya founded In2Dypth after years in acute settings where the goal was to stabilize and move on. She wanted to build something slower. Something that stayed. In2Dypth is her answer to therapy that meets people at the depth their pain deserves.
What clients say when they finally exhale.
The first therapist who didn't try to fix me. She sat with me until I could sit with myself.
Being witnessed weekly by five other women walking the same road — I didn't know I needed that. Now I can't imagine without.
Grief work here felt like being held by a room that had seen it all. I could finally cry.
Clinical infrastructure
for the systems that carry the weight.
In2Dypth also partners with residential programs, therapeutic schools, and behavioral health facilities across MD & VA — supplying supervision, trauma-informed program design, compliance audits, and staff training.
Ready when you are.
Booking a first session is a small brave act. We'll take it from there — no forms to armor up for, no jargon, no rush.
